SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is made this day of 20 Between Eminence City Empire of 10, Micheal Babadunde Avenue, opposite Alhaji odofin close, Ijaiye ojokoro, Lagos state. Hereafter referred to as the “VENDOR” and of hereafter refer to as the “PURCHASER”
“PURCHASER” in consideration of mutual Covenants hereby agree as follows; The vendor agrees to sell and convey to purchaser and purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendor Units of situated within Asake 3.0, Omu-Epe Lagos State.
1. The Purchaser prices per plot

2. The payment shall be made either using a cheque in favour of the vendor or cash deposit paid by the purchaser directly into the vendors accounts or use online transfer.
3. The vendor to allocate Units of to the purchaser only after full payment for the land.
4. Where the purchaser defaults to its installment payment for two (2) consecutive installments, the purchaser shall have his/her subscription revoked and the Company shall refund the total installment made by the purchaser less 40% (Fourty Percent) after the sale of the Units to any other third Party.
5. Termination of an agreement by the Purchaser before developing the unit(s) attract a refund of total installment paid less 40% upon the resale of the Units to a third party. Such refund shall be made within ninety (90) working days from the date of application.
6. Any cash payment made by the Purchaser to an agent or marketer on behalf of the Vendor shall be made entirely at the Purchaser’s risk. The Vendor shall not be held liable for any such payment not received directly by the Vendor.
